Section 46(2) in The Haryana Sports Council Act, 2016
(2)In particular, and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing powers, such regulations may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely:-(a)conditions and procedure for the affiliation of Sports Clubs;(b)standards, qualifications and conditions for conducting or organizing any sport or game or tournament or sports event;(c)establishment of sports organizations and maintenance of play grounds;(d)functions and powers of the District Sports Council, Corporation Sports Council, Municipal Sports Council, Town Sports Council and Block Sports Council;(e)acceptance of donations and endowments and its management;(f)any other matter which under this Act is to be, or may be provided for by regulations.
