35. Filling up casual vacancies.
- All vacancies arising by reason of death, resignation or otherwise among the members of any of the authorities of the University, who were nominated, elected or selected, shall be filled up as soon as convenient may be by nomination, election or selection, as the case may be, and any person so nominated, elected or selected shall hold office for the unexpired portion of the term of his predecessor in office.
