Section 34(1) in The Uttar Banga Krishi Viswavidyalaya Act, 2000
(1)There shall be a Director of Farms who shall be a whole-time officer of the University. He shall be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor with the approval of the Council, subject to such terms and conditions as may be prescribed.
