Section 2(1)(b) in Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Determination of Natural Gas Pipeline Tariff) Regulations, 2008

(b)"appointed day" means the date of October 1, 2007;
(ba)[ "approved tariff" means zone-wise natural gas pipeline tariff determined under regulation 4 or zone-wise tariff as per regulation 11 of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Authorizing Entities to Lay, Build, Operate or Expand Natural Gas Pipelines) Regulations, 2008;] [Inserted by Notification No. F.
