Section 1 in Bhubaneswar Development Authority (Planning and Building Standards) Regulations, 2001
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)These Regulations may be called the Bhubaneswar Development Authority (Planning and Building Standards) Regulations, 2001.(2)They shall extend to the whole of the area within the jurisdiction of Bhubaneswar Development Authority.(3)They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Orissa Gazette.
