Section 24(i) in The U.P. (Regulation Of Building Operations) Directions, 1960
(i)The Prescribed Authority may in the case of subdivision of land direct the applicant to provide within the limit specified under clause (a) of Direction No. 14, such off-street parking spaces as it may consider necessary.
