(1)The Executive Board may constitute such number of subcommittees from amongst the members of the Committee as it thinks fit and for such purpose as it may decide.(2)A sub-committee constituted under sub-section (1) shall meet at such time and places and shall observe such rules of procedure in regard to the transaction of business at its meetings as may be prescribed by regulations.(3)A member of a sub-committee may, if he so desires, draw such fees and allowances for attending its meetings and for attending to any other work of the sub-committee, as may be prescribed by regulations.
