Section 28(1) in The West Bengal Acupuncture System Of Therapy Act, 1996.
(1)No person shall use any letters or figures after his name indicating or implying that he possesses any degree, diploma, licence, or certificate as an Acupuncture practitioner unless such degree, diploma, licence or certificate has been conferred by the Council, or is recognised by it with the approval of the State Government.
