Section 29(6) in Chhattisgarh Municipalities (Procedure for Conduct of Business) Rules, 2016
(6)No person shall, in or outside the meeting hall, make noise or behave in a manner which may create disturbance during the meeting. Any such person creating disturbance may, under the orders of the Presiding Officer be removed from the meeting hall or out of the Municipal Premises.
