Section 6(1) in The Jammu and Kashmir State Town Planning Act, 1963
(1)Every draft scheme shall contain the following particulars-(a)a plan showing the lines of existing and proposed streets together with their existing and proposed section or profiles;(b)the ownership of all lands and buildings in the area to which the scheme relates;(c)a description of details of the scheme under such clauses of section 3 as may be applicable;(d)an estimate of the net cost of the scheme;(e)any other particulars or plans that may be prescribed or specially required by the Government.
