Section 67A in Rajasthan Co-operative Societies Act, 2001
67A. State and Other Land Development Banks.
(1)There shall be a State Land Development Bank for the State of Rajasthan and as many Land Development Banks as may be deemed necessary.(2)A reference to Land Mortgage Bank in any law, or instrument, for the time being in force in the State, shall, with effect from the commencement of this Act, be construed as a reference to a Land Development Bank within the meaning of this Chapter.
