Section 77(1) in The M.P. Vanijyik Kar Adhiniyam, 1994
(1)No suit, prosecution or other proceedings shall lie against any officer or servant of the State Government for any act done of purporting to be done under this Act or the rules made thereunder without the previous sanction of the State Government.
