Section 7(2) in Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) Abolition of Inams Act, 1955.
(2)The protected tenant shall be entitled to compensation from the Government as provided for under this Act in respect of inam lands in his possession in excess of the limit specified in sub-section (1) whether cultivated or not;Provided that:(a)he continued to be a tenant of such inam lands until the date of vesting; or(b)if he is not in possession, he has been unlawfully dispossessed of such lands by the inamdar between the 10th of June, 1950 and the date of vesting.
