OFFICE REPORT The Transfer Petition above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 1-5-2015 when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:
"Heard learned counsel for the parties and also perused the interim mediation report dated 21st April, 2015.
As jointly prayed and for the reasons stated in the interim mediation report, let the parties again appear before the Supreme Court Mediation Centre on 10th July, 2015 at 2.00 p.m. The Mediator, Supreme Court Mediation Centre is directed to send a report to this Court. List the matter immediately after receipt of the mediation report. "
Accordingly, copy of Court's Order dated 1-5-2015 was sent to the Supreme Court Mediation Centre as well as parties were also informed to appear before the Supreme Court Mediation Centre on 10-07-2015 vide this Registry's letter dated 2-5-2015.
It is submitted that Mediation Report dated 10-08-2015 has been received from the Supreme Court Mediation Centre. Copy of the Mediation Report is being circulated herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.
It is further submitted that Mr. Ravi Kr. Tomar, Advocate for the Respondent has on 3-9-2015 filed Counter Affidavit after serving its copy on the other side. Copy of the same is being circualated herewith for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.
