20. Meetings of Trustee Committee.
(1)The Trustee Committee, shall meet at least once in three calendar months or more often if found necessary at its headquarter at Patna or at any other place in Bihar to transact business under this Act or the rules made thereunder.(2)One third members of the Trustee Committee shall, form the quorum for the meeting of the Committee.(3)The Chairman [or in his absence Vice-Chairman] [Inserted by Act 5 of 1990.] of the Bar Council or a member elected shall preside over a meeting of the Trustee Committee.(4)Any matter coming up before a meeting of the Trustee Committee shall be decided by majority of the members present and voting at the meeting, and in case of equal votes, the Chairman or the member presiding over the meeting shall have a casting vote.
