Section 10(3) in Rajasthan Registration Rules, 1955 Volume II
(3)The Inspecting Officers may ascertain from the parties, the number of days the Sub-Registrar took to return their documents after registration. If there seems to be have been an abnormal delay, he may note the case for enquiry as to its cause when inspecting the office.
