Section 11 in Kerala Private Forests (Vesting and Assignment) Act, 1971
11. Assignment to be made within two years.
- Assignment of the private forests or the lands comprised therein under Section 10 shall, as far as may be, completed within two years from the date of publication of this Act in the Gazette.
