ORDER
This Criminal Revision Case has been filed to set aside the order passed in Crl.MP.No.2706/2025 which was dismissed on 12.06.2024 by the Learned Principal Special Judge for NDPS Act Chennai by allowing this Revision Petition.
2. The petitioner herein filed Crl.MP.No.2706/2025 on the file of the Principal Special Judge for NDPS Act Chennai, to return Yamaha MT 15 Two wheeler bearing registration No. TN 04 AZ 2869, which was seized by the respondent police in connection with crime No. 32 of 2023. After considering both side submissions, the Trial Court dismissed the petition. Challenging the impugned order passed by the learned Trial Judge, the petitioner has preferred this revision.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent police recovered 300 numbers of LSD Stamps from accused persons alleged to have possessed thereby they have committed offence under Sections 8(c ) r/w 20(a)(i), 22(c ), 25, 29 of NDPS Act, 1985 and the respondent seized the vehicle from the petitioner.
