Section 4(1)(a) in Jharkhand Water Resources Regulatory Authority Act, 2014

(a)Chairperson - The Chairperson shall be a person having minimum bachelor's degree of any recognized university/institute with administrative/technical experience of not less than 25 years, and must have held the post equivalent to Secretary/Engineer in Chief in the State Government.
