Section 2(c) in Gender Sensitization & Sexual Harassment of Women at District Court, Patan and Courts under the jurisdiction of District Court, Patan (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Regulations, 2013
(c)"Chairperson" means the Chairperson of the Gender Sensitization and Internal Complaints Committee (GSICC), constituted at the District Court, Patan;
