Section 25(1) in Sarva Haryana Gramin Bank (Officers and Employees) Service Regulations, 2010
(1)No officer or employee shall solicit or accept or permit any member of his family or any other person acting on his behalf to accept any gift from a constituent of the Bank or from any officer or employee, subordinate to him.
