400.
The proceeds of a sale effected in execution of any decree will only be paid out of Court on an application made for that purpose in writing, and the poundage fee for selling the property provided in clause (b) of Article 7 must be paid by stamps affixed to, or impressed upon, the first of such applications, whether it be or be not made by the person who obtained the order for sale or whether it does or does not extend to the whole of the proceeds. No fee will be chargeable upon any such application subsequent to the first.
