                              O R D E R

We find no reason to entertain this Special Leave Petition, which is, accordingly, dismissed.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the order passed by the Tribunal on 30.06.1998 has already been challenged by the petitioner by filing a Reference Application before the High Court.

We hope that the High Court shall not consider the observations made in the impugned order while deciding the Reference Application and the said application shall be decided on merits after hearing the concerned parties.
