Section 6(xxviii) in The Ganpat University Act, 2005
(xxviii)to institute professorships, associate professorships, assistant professorships, readerships, lectureships and any other teaching, academic or research posts and to prescribe qualifications by Regulations, in accordance with the guidelines prescribed by the University Grants Commission or concerned National Technical or Professional councils, for such matters;
