1. By way of this miscellaneous application, the assessee seeks amendment / modification in Tribunal's Order for Assessment Year 2009-10 [ITA Nos.2128/M/2014 & 1958/M/2014 dated 06/03/2017]. However, the director of the assessee company, vide letter dated 30/08/2018 has expressed desire to withdraw the miscellaneous 2 MA No. 224/Mum/2017 Arising out of ITA No.2128/Mum/2014 Pangea3 Legal Database Systems Pvt.Ltd.
Assessment Year 2009-10 application in view of the fact the adequate relief has already been granted to the assessee by the lower authorities. The revenue has raised no objection against the withdrawal of the same.
2. In view of above stated position, the application stands dismissed.
