In case, the borrower's ticket/identity card is lost a duplicate borrower's ticket/identity card will be issued to him/her on his/her applying in the prescribed form, and on payment of Rs. 5/-. The borrower will be responsible for any misuse of his/her lost ticket/identity card. Library shall not undertake responsibility of detecting the misuse of such lost ticket/identity card.
