Section 112(1) in Punjab Regional and Town Planning and Development Act, 1995
(1)Where no appeal has been made under section 104 decisions of the Arbitrator under clauses (iv) to (xi) and clauses (xiv), (xv) (xvi), (xviii), (xix) and (xx) of sub-section (3) of section 102 shall be final and binding on the parties.
