9. Enquiry into claims and amount of compensation.
- The Collector shall proceed to enquire into any such claim, and to determine the amount of compensation, if any, which should be given to the claimant. Sections 9 to 14, 18 to 22, 25, 27, 29 to 31, 45 and 51 to 55 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, shall apply to such esquires.
