Section 47(1) in The Indira Gandhi Krishi Vishwavidyalaya (C.G.) Adhiniyam, 1987
(1)Every salaried officer and teacher of the University shall be appointed under a written contract which shall be lodged with the Vice-Chancellor and a copy thereof furnished to the officer or teacher concerned.
