Section 11(1) in The U.P. Educational Teaching (Subordinate Gazetted) Service Rules, 1993
(1)Subject to the provisions of sub-rule (2) a probationer shall be confirmed in his appointment at the end of the period of probation or the extended period of probation if-(a)his work and conduct is reported to be satisfactory, and(b)his integrity is certified.
