This appeal has been filed against the interlocutory order dated 21.09.2020 passed by the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal in Company Appeal (AT) (Insolvency) No.800/2020. In the impugned order the next date fixed for considering the matter is 04.11.2020.
We are of the view that this appeal need not be entertained, which is dismissed. However, it shall be open for the appellant to pray for any further interim relief before the Appellate Tribunal as may be advised. We, further observe that the Appellate Tribunal shall consider the further interim prayers in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
