Section 82(g) in The City of Panaji Corporation Act, 2002
(g)every sum payable-(i)by order of the State Government or under an award made under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, or a decree or order of a Civil Court, as the case may be;(ii)under a decree or order of a Civil or Criminal Court passed against the Commissioner;(iii)under a compromise of any suit or other legal proceeding or claim;
