Section 7(6) in The M.P. Gram Sabha (Procedure of Meeting of the Committees, Conduct of Business and Allied Matters) Rules, 2005
(6)In the Gram Vikas Samiti, members of the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes shall be in proportion with the total population of the Gram Sabha. There shall be one-third women members in the Samiti.
