Section 830 in Rules of the High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan, 1952

830. Presentation of application for repayment.

- Every application for repayment under rule 829 shall be signed by the person to whom the money is repayable or by the person duly authorised by him by a general or special power of attorney. When the person signing the application is not known to the Deputy Registrar, his signature shall be witnessed by an Advocate or any other person known to the Deputy Registrar.If the applicant desires that the money paid on his behalf to his Advocate, he shall sign a declaration on the form that the money be paid to such Advocate. Such Advocate shall also put his signature on the form.The applicant shall fill up columns 1 to 4 of the form. If the precise amount due to him is not known, column 4 need not be filled up. The application shall bear the necessary court fee stamps and shall be presented to the Deputy Registrar during the hours fixed for presentation of applications.
