Section 2(c) in Bombay Live-Stock Improvement Act, 1933
(c)Section 1 and this section shall come in to force at once and the remaining provisions of this Act shall come into force in any village [in the State] to which the said provisions shall have been extended under sub-section (b) on such date as [the [State] Government] may by notification in the [Official Gazette] appoint.
