88. Payment of decretal money to District Officer.
- When money has been paid into Court in satisfaction of a decree, the Government pleader shall at once obtain an application for a payment order duly signed by the District Officer and request the Court to grant him a payment order for the amount in favour of the District Officer, and forward the same, when received, to the District Officer.
