UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
After having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties in the presence of the parties, we find that both of them are willing to resolve the matrimonial dispute by taking recourse to Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. However, the difference of opinion is about the terms on which the settlement can be worked out. We, therefore, refer the parties to the Supreme Court Mediation Centre.

The parties are accordingly directed to appear before the Digitally signed by Anita Malhotra Date: 2023.11.11 learned 12:51:05 IST Reason: Co-ordinator of the Supreme Court Mediation Centre on 22nd November, 2023 at 2.30 p.m. The first appearance shall be 1 through virtual mode.
In the event, the learned Mediator desires personal presence of the parties, the respondent shall pay the requisite amount to the petitioner towards travelling charges and stay in Delhi, as may be suggested by the learned Mediator.
The learned Mediator after making an endeavour for amicable resolution of the disputes, shall submit a report to this Court within two months from 22nd November, 2023.
List the matter immediately after receipt of the Mediation Report.
The Registry shall ensure that a copy of this order along with relevant documents forwarded to the Co-ordinator, Supreme Court Mediation Center at the earliest.
Even the Court Master will forward a copy of this order on the email address of the Co-ordinator, Supreme Court Mediation Centre.
