57. Operation of Bank Account.
- Subject to the other provisions of this Act, payment from the Municipal Fund shall be made in such manner as may be determined by regulations, and the accounts referred to in section 55 shall be operated, by such officers of the Corporation as may be authorized by the Corporation by regulations.
