130. Police officer not to engage in employment or office of profit.
No Police Officer shall engage in any employment or office of profit whatsoever, other than his duties under this Act unless expressly permitted to do so in writing by the Central or State Government in case of Indian Police Service and State Police Service officers respectively, and the Director General of Police in every other case.
