State of Punjab - Subsection

Section 148(1) in Punjab Regional and Town Planning and Development Act, 1995

(1)On and with effect from the date of establishment of the Authority under section 17 of this Act, the Punjab Housing Development Board established under the Punjab Housing Development Board Act, 1972 (Punjab Act 6 of 1973) shall stand abolished.
