Section 31 in The Delhi and Ajmer Merwara Land Development Act, 1948

31. Application of Chapter V, Act XVI of 1927 to 2[Ajmer].-

Without prejudice to the provisions of sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Indian Forest Act, 1927, the provisions of Chapter V of that Act shall apply to the 1[State] of 2[Ajmer] as they apply to the 1[State] of Delhi.
