Section 198(3) in Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Orissa Legislative Assembly
(3)When the Committee has been adjourned in pursuance of Sub-rule (2) on two successive dates fixed for meeting of the Committee, the Chairman shall report the fact to the Assembly :Provided that where a Committee has been appointed by the Speaker, the Chairman shall report the fact of such adjournment to the Speaker.
