Section 16(1) in The Haryana New Mandi Townships Building Rules, 1967
(1)In the case of residential plots of less than 400 square meters (478.4 yards) for shop-cum-residential plots no side open space shall be left and all buildings on adjoining plots shall be but upon to their full frontage and contiguous to each other except in the case of end plots of a row where subject to the provisions of any building line referred to in Rule 14, minimum of 2 meters (6.5617') clear space shall be left.
