Every person on whom a process is to be served or executed shall be described therein in such a manner as to identify him clearly, by a statement of his correct name and address and such further description as will serve to identify him. [G. L. 4/54]Note. - In the case of service or execution of processes to be effected in large towns, the name of the street or section and the number of the house, where possible, should be given. Where addresses for service were filed by the opposite parties in the lower court, notices and processes shall issue from the appellate court to such addresses, vide Order 41, rule 38, Code of Civil Procedure.
