Section 13(2) in Punjab Major Accident Hazard Control Rules, 1993
(2)The occupier shall ensure that the emergency plan prepared in accordance with sub-rule (1) takes into account any modification made in the industrial activity or isolated storage and that every person on the site who is concerned with the plan is informed of its relevant provision.
