Section 511B(2)(g) in The Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957

(g)all rates, fees, rents and other charges leviable in, or in relation to, the "transferred functions" shall, unless and until they are varied by the new authority concerned continue to be levied at the same rate at which they were being levied by [a Corporation] [Substituted by Delhi Act 12 of 2011, section 2(a), "for the Corporation" (w.e.f. 13-1-2012)] immediately before such commencement;
