FACTS
Vide RTI dt 22.3.13, appellant had sought information on four points relating to his complaint dt 28.6.10.
2 CPIO/ITO HQ, vide letter dt 28.3.13, provided a response.
3. An appeal was filed on 10.4.13. Vide letter dt 13.5.13, appellant submitted another letter stating that he had appeared for hearing on 10.5.13 but was subjected to harassment by the CPIO and had to seek help from Preet Vihar Police Station. Moreover, no hearing was held. ITO(Tech) vide letter dt 10.5.13, informed the appellant that another date for hearing was fixed for 24.5.13.
5. Submissions made by the appellant and public authority were heard. CPIO submitted that AA vide order dt 24.5.13, has provided a point wise response and disposed of the appeal. A copy is submitted to the Commission and taken on record. The appellant states that he has not received a copy of this order. A copy is provided to the appellant during the hearing.
DECISION
6. The Commission finds that available information has been provided.
The appeal is disposed of.
