(2)If the outgoing Chairperson or Vice-Chairperson to whom a direction has been issued under sub-section (2) does not comply with such direction, the Director or any officer authorized in this behalf shall have the same powers as are vested in a Civil Court under the code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (5 of 1908) while executing a decree.
