Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to pass an interim order directing the 1st & 2nd respondents to
stop the construction of the well for the proposed project of 'Ayachira
drinking water project' in the 5th ward of the 1st respondent Panchayath,
till the disposal of the above Writ Petition, in the interest of justice.

This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
and the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and this court's order dated
6.4.2022 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.V.BHADRA KUMARI & BYJA
E.G., Advocates for the petitioners, GOVERNMENT PLEADER for R3 and of
STANDING COUNSEL for R4, the court passed the following:
ORDER
There will be an interim direction to respondents 1 and 2 to stop the construction of the well for the proposed project of 'Ayachira drinking water project' for a period of ten days.
