(1)The prison area and the surrounding ground shall be kept clean and free from all jungle grass and weeds and shall be thoroughly drained by either shallow or sub-soil drains to ensure the dryness of the prison area and to prevent the accumulation of water near the prison. Open drains shall be used, if possible.
